Q1: Why my unique ID will be existed?
— The ID number is consistent, some customers do not use their ID number correctly, but use others by mistake, then you might be the one whose unique ID already existed.Pleae tell us the ID numbers,We will reset the ID on the server.
Q2: How to retrieve my account, if I lost the account name and password?
— You only need to offer us the ID number, then we can locate your device. After the data being cleared, then you can create another new account.
Q3: Why the error range of GSM base station locating up to hundreds of meters?
— GPS locating is a way of satellite positioning, so it is quite accurate. But GSM locating is based on base station, its accuracy depends on the signal strength received by the transmitter, where has the better signal, then it location will be provided. So the error range can be big.
Q4: Why the watch can\’t connect to the internet?
1. Please make sure SIM card support “GSM” and installed ok,the gprs works fine.
2. Make sure you choose the right server,If not,It can\’t connect to server.Please contact us to modify it.
3. If it still don\’t works,That\’s the APN ploblem,Contact us to solve it.
Q5: Does this watch Support WiFi?
—-Yes, this watch support WiFi, but need your wifi password is very simple, also it need your watch can be used the GPS position to work, then the watch can automatically connect this WiFi
Q6: How to use it when i get this watch?
—-Firstly, you have to download the app ” Setracker” or “Setracker2” from your phone app store or google play, then install in your Android 2.3 above & IOS5.1 above smart mobile phone, then scan the QR for the ID to login, then please choose the correct Server during you login, then finish to setup for the watch.
Q7: How to adjust the time of watch?
—-This watch don\’t need to adjust the time, because the time will be automatically adjust after you bind in the app.
Q8: Why my watch has no wiretapping function?
—-This watch has wiretapping function. If you don\’t find this function in the app, please do as following way: firstly, please login the app, then set up for the watch, the app will show the device is online, then exit the app, then login the app again, then you can see the wiretapping in the set up for the app.
